Exit I-75 at Merchants Drive. East on Merchants Drive one block (as if going to Cracker Barrel.) Turn right at Central. Pass Cracker Barrel; go to first light. Turn right onto Inskip Drive. ETEC is on the left immediately after crossing over the interstate.
